How long will my order take?

All custom orders can take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. We aim to send a draft for your approval within a few days. This can take longer in busier periods (Christmas etc). You can email us or message us to check how long your order would take before ordering.

I haven't received my product?

Please allow 10 days after the expected delivery date before contacting us about a missing order.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged or you are in anyway unsatisfied, please contact us at sales@giftgoals.shop and we can arrange a replacement.

What’s the difference between deluxe and standard shin pads?

Our deluxe shin pads gives you the opportunity to have multiple photos with a more in depth design, you also have our shin pad sleeves thrown in!
Our standard shin pads are one photo and one badge with added personalisation.

Is there a discount for bulk orders?
